The only information that we will collect, will be that which is necessary for the completion of orders and internal record keeping. This will include name and contact information i.e address, email address and phone number. We do not intend to keep information for the purposes of direct marketing or the sending of news.letters.

When the customer clicks on the add to cart button and has finished buying the items they require, they will be directed to give the required information. There is also a contact form on the contact page. This can be filled out if the customer has any queries they need answering or to request a commission. If you believe any of the information we have collected is incorrect, please Contact us as soon as possible and we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

 

How we use the information we collect

We use the information we collect for the purposes of contacting  the customer if there are any issues with the order and for shipping the orders.

Kim Rogers Wire and Beads will not hold or have access to the bank account and card details of their customers. Electronic payment will be the main way purchases will be paid for. These payments will be processed by stripe, paypal and izettle. You will be able to check out their own privacy policies, on their websites.

 

Who will have access to the information

We will not sell or pass on your personal information to third parties. The only people that will see your information will be Kim Rogers herself, or someone working directly for Kim Rogers Wire and Beads.
